About Shawna

My favorite part of my job is helping my students grow their love for learning. I am certified to teach math, social studies, and special education. Before graduating from UF, I was a homeschool teacher and private tutor. This year I work in a small school, and provide one on one services along with classroom instruction for 60+ students. I have worked with students with many learning differences (dyslexia, ADHD, OCD, and ASD) so am familiar with adapting to a students learning pace and style.
