Hi, I'm Shauntel, and caring for children has been at the heart of my life for over 20 years. I'm a dedicated nanny and a mother of four, with more than a decade of hands-on parenting experience that deeply shapes how I show up for the children I care for. I spent eight years as a nature-based teacher, where I led child-centered learning focused on emotional development, curiosity, and connection to the outdoors. My approach is rooted in following the child-supporting their independence, honoring their feelings, and creating a safe space where they feel seen, heard, and valued. I truly enjoy helping children navigate both their big and little emotions, guiding them with patience, empathy, and consistency. Whether we're exploring outside, engaging in imaginative play, or working through a tough moment, I aim to foster confidence, resilience, and joy in every child I care for.
