I'd describe my personality as caring, patient and trustworthy. I like working with kids because I enjoy seeing each child grow and develop their full potential as a person! I value playtime which includes educational games, creative-art activities, outdoor play, and reading lots of books. I'm looking for a job that is part time and fun and creative for me and the child. I prefer one on one caregiving. I started working with kids when I was in my early twenties. I was trained as a nurse and have more than 20 years experience. In my spare time, I like to read, do sewing projects, take our dog for a walk, and hang out with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that I love children and am a very nurturing person. It is a joy to see children develop and grow into their own unique personalities. My skills include creative learning experiences, providing a safe environment and helping parents carry out their daily plans and goals.
