Making a difference regarding home healthcare in someone's life is my calling. I've dedicated 20 years of experience to support adults and seniors with compassionate care. My background includes a college degree and hands-on experience in home health. I provide respite care, transportation & errands, hospice services, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility and physical activity. I am also experienced in dementia care and medical management. My approach is upbeat, friendly, calm and empathetic. I prioritize creating a safe environment built on respect, privacy, and accountability. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. Being friendly and approachable is important to me. I have a car and am comfortable with pets as well.
