For the last 10 years, I've been a Certified Home Health Aide, passionately supporting adults and seniors, so they can maintain their well-being and independence. I am motivated to make a positive impact on their lives and support their families by providing reliable care. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I focus on creating a comfortable environment to build a strong connection. I provide verbal updates during visits or check-ins and follow the family's preferred communication method. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, and incorporate memory care activities. I am skilled in transportation, errands, shopping, home health, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am CPR certified and comfortable with pets.
