About Sharon

I've been working with kids for about five years, from infants to school-age, and I adjust naturally depending on their stage and personality. I'm very hands-on and I like having a clear flow to the day so things feel calm and predictable, but still fun. Most days include getting outside (park time whenever possible), making friends along the way, cooking together (and being okay with the super mess), or fully getting into whatever game or story they're excited about. I've worked through everything from diapers and first words to homework and after-school projects, so I know how to shift my approach based on what each child actually needs. One thing I really focus on is making life easier for parents. That means staying on top of routines, communicating clearly, and creating a space where things feel organized, smooth, and trustworthy without parents having to think twice. I'm adaptable, patient, and my goal is for kids to feel comfortable and excited in their day. And learning!
