Sharmila was our nanny for six months. She was an amazing nanny. She started watching our son when he was 3 months old and was able to find a creative way for our son to transition to bottles, as he was primarily breastfed until she started watching him. She was early almost every day and stayed late to make sure everything was tidy before she left for the day. She cleaned all bottles and dishes and helped with our son’s laundry. She sent me videos and photos regularly, which were so fun to see while I was at work. She watched a 2 year old and our son a few days a week and I was amazed at how easily she juggled watching both at the same time. She is such a talented, loving, pleasant person and I would definitely recommend her. We moved away from the area which is why we sadly parted ways, but we always reach out to Sharmila if we are back in the area and need childcare. She is the best!
