Michely has been caring for our baby since he was 7 months old as part of a nanny share with another baby the same age, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful to have her. From day one, she’s been confident, loving, and calm—even as both babies were adjusting to the new routine. She’s incredibly warm and gentle, and both babies absolutely adore her. Michely does a wonderful job managing their different schedules and making sure each child gets the attention and care they need. One of the things we appreciate most is how well she communicates with us—she shares daily photos, videos, and milestone updates, which we love. She also keeps clear records of feedings, naps, and diaper changes, which helps us stay informed and organized. Michely is always on time, dependable, and brings such a positive energy.
