About Sharick

Sharick is an exceptional caregiver, and person, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. It is with heartfelt appreciation and the deepest confidence that we write this letter of recommendation for Sharick, who has been the loving and devoted nanny to our son from the time he was 3 ½ months old to date, now at 15 months. From the moment Sharick met our son, she had a warmth and natural connection with him that was immediately reassuring and is very much a reflection of her character and passion for working with small children. Her loving nature, gentle, intuitive approach to caregiving, combined with her professionalism and reliability, made her an integral part of our son’s daily life and our family's routine. Over the past year, we’ve watched our son thrive under her care. She has supported every stage of his development—from early tummy time to taking his first steps—with patience, encouragement, and pure joy. Her days with him are filled with laughter, music, books, walks, creative play, and lots of warm cuddles. She takes the initiative in all the very best ways with excellent communication and organizational skills that not only benefit our son but our daily lives as working parents. One of the things that truly sets Sharick apart is her remarkable creativity. From the time our son was just a few months old, Sharick has found creative ways to transform his basic toys into elaborate (incredibly impressive) set-ups to engage him and encourage interaction. She has a gift for making everyday moments special and memorable. Whether it was organizing an adorable carved-pumpkin photo shoot in the fall, or creating handmade decorations for our son’s birthday party—complete with cutouts of his little face—she consistently went above and beyond to bring joy, imagination, and celebration into his world. These touches meant so much to us and created memories we will cherish forever. Beyond her impeccable caregiving skills, Sharick is a grounded and trustworthy person. She is extremely punctual, communicative, and respectful. Perhaps most importantly, she truly cares for our son—not just as a job, but with real affection. That bond was (and remains) incredibly meaningful to us as parents. It is difficult to put into words just how grateful we are for the love and care Sharick has given our son.
