About Shardaisha

Shardaisha was a full time nanny and teacher for our 3 children (ages 9, 9 and 6 y/o) from 8/2020 through 1/2021. The amount of hard work and responsibility that Shardaisha took on with our family during this time is almost incomprehensible. She managed daily care of the kids as well as full-time home school for all 3 kids (4th grade and Kindergarten). She is intelligent, organized and proved to be very resourceful as both an educator and a nanny. She has great communication skills and was sure to discuss any concerns as soon as they arose. One of our daughters has special needs (non-verbal and autistic) and it takes a special person with a specific skill set to not only care for her day to day but also to educate her. Shardaisha faced this challenge head-on and absolutely surpassed our expectations in every way possible. The providers (special education, speech therapy, ABA and OT) were blown away by what she was able to accomplish with our daughter this semester.
