Erin is absolutely incredible with children. She is so thoughtful and creative while also following structure and boundaries with our kiddos. It is so hard to trust someone new with our little ones and she made the transition so much easier. Our daughter asks for Erin to come over all the time and I never worry about my kids while Erin is in charge. They are well cared for and have (even educational) fun! We would recommend Erin to anyone she would like to work with. We have been hiring Erin to watch our infant and almost 2-year old for the last several months and will continue to do so!
