I have experience working with individuals with autism and other special needs through hands-on support and daily interaction. In my role, I assisted with creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment while helping individuals develop important life and social skills. I practiced patience, clear communication, and understanding to meet each person's unique needs and learning style. I also helped with daily activities, encouraged positive behavior, and worked closely with team members to ensure the individuals received the support and care they needed. This experience has strengthened my ability to be compassionate, attentive, and adaptable when supporting people with different abilities.
