As an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, I'm looking for a position in an environment to provide children with the essential care and education to be winning leaders. Enthusiastic to create an environment that is inspiring, cheering, safe, and adaptive to each individual child's needs. I have always had a passion for working with children, especially those with special needs since it does hit very close to home. My sister was diagnosed with ADHD and Developmental Delays at a very young age so I'm very familiar with the challenges/ good and bad days that come along with those who have a disability. Though it may be a lot for some I believe the patience and understanding I grew to have with my sister helped me immensely in my field of work. Not only did I volunteer majority of my high school years at different elementary schools determined to get into to field of education, I did and worked a total of 9 yrs with LAUSD as a Special Education Assistant.
