Shantel took care of my stepdad in the final months of his life. She is kind and patient. She remained calm even when his dementia made him difficult to care for. Shantel was always willing to do anything she could to keep him comfortable and had great practical suggestions when problems arose. Her presence was a tremendous support to my exhausted mother and we will miss her being a part of our daily lives.
