About Shantae

Hello, my name is Shantae. I recently served as Assistant Director and later Director of Admissions at Kiddie Academy, where I honed my skills in providing quality care and creating safe, nurturing environments for children. I have also held leadership roles at The Goddard School, Kindercare Learning Centers, and The Learning Experience, where I developed strong communication with parents, teachers, and children. My experience also stems from being a nanny for different families which is where I found my love for working and caring for young children especially infants. My administrative experience, proficiency, and organizational skills have prepared me to excel in any role. As a single mother of a 3-year-old girl, I have a special knack for bringing comfort and joy to children. I hold a CDA in infants and toddlers and am an expert in sleep training.
