About Shannon

Hello! Thank you for reading my bio. I'm 37 years old and have resided in Portland for 4 years. Previously I lived in LA about a decade and I grew up in Ashland. For the last 13 years I have been a licensed massage therapist. I currently work with private clients and most of my clients are 50-90 years old. I have a lot of experience with the elderly. My hours are flexible with my massage therapy business so I am looking for a part time job. (20 hours or less) I do have 2 years of caregiving experience when I lived in LA where I helped ease everyday responsibilities of life for a man and woman who were disabled. My duties included bathing duties, dressing, companionship, cooking, cleaning, errands, transportation and admin duties. I am empathetic, patient and a natural at taking care of others. I get along with anyone, I'm very friendly, a good conversationalist and put my heart into my work. I love helping others. I have a sense of humor as well.
