Caring for others has been at the heart of my work for many years. I bring a calm, compassionate, and dependable presence, along with experience creating safe, welcoming environments for people of all backgrounds. During 4. 5 years of Zen monastic training, I served as Head of the Kitchen, coordinated meditation retreats, welcomed guests and retreatants, and supported many older adults seeking rest, healing, and spiritual practice. I have 2. 5 years of experience as a professional ocean lifeguard, EMT training, and current CPR certification. I'm attentive, patient, and detail-oriented, and I genuinely enjoy helping people maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. Whether providing companionship, preparing nourishing meals, assisting with daily routines, or simply offering a steady presence, I strive to help others feel respected, cared for, and at ease.
