About Shannon

My name is Shannon, and I've been working with kids in some form since I was 10 years old starting as a mother's helper, eventually becoming a full-time nanny throughout high school and college. My experience expanded into classroom settings where I worked as a teacher, program facilitator, and most recently as the founder of a nonprofit that teaches and mentors girls. I love working with children of all ages, from infants to middle schoolers. I'm confident supporting everything from early developmental milestones to after school homework. I'm full-time available right now and love creating engaging and enriching experiences for kids, whether that means getting outside for an adventure to the park, doing crafts, cooking, or diving into a great book or board game. I aim to create a fun and nurturing environment where kids can learn, explore, and just be themselves.
