20 years have flown by since I began my journey in senior care. My passion stems from a deep desire to support adults' and seniors' well-being and independence, and to positively impact their lives. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide respite care, transportation, and mobility assistance. I also handle errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm experienced with hospice services, dementia care, and medical management. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
