About Shannon

Hiring Shan is one of the best decisions I have ever made. She has become part of our family. My daughter loves her so much, it melts my heart. Shan is absolutely amazing. She helps my daughter explore nature. She helps her learn new words. She takes my daughter on fun adventures. They spend hours exploring the backyard. Shan is great and always reading books, singing songs, and intentionally engaging. She doesn't mind getting dirty and hops right into playing in the sandbox or digging in the garden! She is always on time and she always shows up in a great mood ready to jump right in. I was a preschool teacher for over 10 years and I was a nanny myself when I was younger. It is not easy for me to find someone I trust as much as myself with my child. Shan is that person. She has experience in spades. She is kind, nurturing, loving, and empathic. All of which she teaches my daughter just by being herself and how she responds to all of us. My daughter is the amazing little person she is with her great personality due, in part, to having Shan in her life, and I am so incredibly grateful for that.
