Shannon is fantastic with all age groups (our boys are 4yr and 1 yr) from appropriate communication techniques to teaching curriculum. She is incredibly dependable and punctual. She has a pleasant and approachable demeanor for our kids and we appreciate her transparency with us should our children need to work on anything.
