Hi - I'm Shannon! I've been babysitting through Care. com for two years and have experience with all age groups, from 3 mos-13 years. I'm a full-time professional, working in College Admissions & Academic Advising (at both Hofstra University & Stony Brooke University throughout my tenure). I'm going back to school to pursue my MSEd in FACS Education this spring after realizing that my passion is teaching! Working with kids comes naturally to me (maybe because I'm the oldest of 4 myself), and I babysit not just for extra income - I do it because I love it too!
