My path to senior care is deeply personal, inspired by the time I spent caring for my own grandparents through companion care and eventually, hospice and end-of-life care. That experience showed me how vital it is to approach aging with real empathy, respect, and dignity. Today, I combine a compassionate approach with practical skills to support seniors in their daily lives. As a former chef, I prepare delicious, wholesome meals tailored to specific dietary needs and preferences. With an extensive background in movement I hold certifications in pilates, yoga, dance, and somatic movement, I help seniors stay safely active, improve their mobility, and support their mind-body connection. I'm happy to assist with housekeeping and organizing to keep the living space comfortable and tidy. Ultimately, my goal is to provide reliable, high-quality care so your loved one feels safe, well-nourished, and genuinely cared for.
