I hold a couple college degrees; one in Psychology and one in Behavioral and Social Science. My approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and a friendly demeanor. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and prioritize earning your trust. I offer respite care, transportation, help with errands and shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I provide verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following your preferred communication method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
