About Shanna

I am a retired teacher who also has a bit of experience working with seniors. My most recent senior experience was working for a family whose mother/wife/grandmother needed companionship and care (Alzheimer) while her husband was overseeing the repairs to their home affected by Harvey. I really enjoyed the challenge of finding new topics to discuss and seeing her face light up and sing every word of the songs she knew from way back (thank you internet!). I can provide companionship, make sure meds are taken, do light housework, prepare meals, provide transportation for appointments, or run errands. Let me know how I can help your family!
