About Shania

Hello! My name is Shania and I am currently a student at the University of Cincinnati majoring in physical therapy. I have a goal to one day become a pediatric therapist and this interest sparked from my background with babysitting. I have been a caregiver for about 4 years taking care of anywhere from about 3 months old to 6 years old. I love kids and would love the opportunity to work with them in my free time! I firmly believe in the importance of structure and routine, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere. When it comes to playtime, I love engaging children in a variety of activities, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and educational pursuits that enhance their learning and development.
