About Shanae

Hi there, my name is Shanae! I am a nursing student with a strong foundation in healthcare and health promotion. I went to a vocational high school where I studied Veterinary Science. In this program I learned to care for a variety of animals including many species of birds, reptiles and rodents as well as large mammals including horses, cattle, goats and sheep. I hold a dog and cat CPR/first aid certification through Red Cross. I grew up with all kinds of pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, hamsters, tortoises, geckos, fish, frogs, dogs and cats. I was raised by a compassionate family who loves all animals and would assist in rehabbing wild animals like geese and squirrels! I simply love and respect all animals. I know leaving your pets with a stranger can be stressful, so I would love to offer the peace of mind that I would treat your animal as you would yourself!
