Elizabeth (Shalom) has been caring for my son (16 mos) in a nanny share with another toddler about his age for nearly a year. She is warm and patient in her actions with the children and attentive to their basic and emotional needs. She goes out of her way to plan days full of fun activities, outdoor time, and age-appropriate learning. My son is very active, and she always makes sure he has opportunities to play, climb, and explore, and has taught him so much - from baby sign language to now colors and numbers. She is professional, communicative, and has been a true partner in raising my son. As a first time mom, she has helped me through each new phase and transition, putting my son on the right schedule for him and helping me troubleshoot when any challenges arise. It has put me completely at ease knowing that my son is in her care each day, and I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare!
