Maritza started with us when our son was a year old and cared for him until he was 3 years and ready to move into a more structured environment outside of home. Her responsibilities included transportation to activities, meal time prep and feeding, nap time care, and educational play. She was more than willing to try different methods for discipline and care as our son's behavior and needs changed. She only called out sick once or twice in our history together. Most importantly, she was a source of unconditional love for our child and was his biggest cheerleader. She became an part of our family and we only have fond memories of our time together.
