Ms. Shay has watched my child once a week for about the last two years...and now she cares for both of my children! Ms. Shay is full of life and really engages with children on a deep level. I know that she loves my kids and it really shows. Fun is her middle name. Everything is a song and my girls adore her. My home is always so tidy when I come back and I know that she takes pride in caring for the environment as well as the children. Her experience in early childhood education is also evident in how she interacts. Ms. Shay has worked with my kids from ages 1 month old to 3 years and counting! I'm confident in her abilities with newborns and up. She is prompt and communicative. We love Ms. Shay!!!
