About Kameca

Kameca is such a warm, knowledgeable, and experienced caregiver. She put my mind at ease right away and I was able to sleep soundly knowing my baby was in great hands. We hired Kameca as a nighttime caregiver to help us sleep train our 6 month old baby girl. She took the time to understand our needs and wants (a gentle progression starting with changing rooms, night weaning, and eventually Ferber style sleep training) before coming up with a tailored plan. She is experienced in many methods of sleep training and had wonderful suggestions and guidance throughout the process. She also developed a daytime napping schedule and before bed routine that set us up for success. She sent us detailed notes every morning letting us know when our baby was fussing or crying, how much she ate, and when she was changed. She worked with us and was always understanding when life got in the way and my husband and I weren’t able to stick to the plan (such as when traveling over the weekend). Every night she also took the time to check in with me and my husband to make sure that we were doing well. She really took care of the whole family! She sleep trained our baby girl and allowed our whole family to get much needed rest! We miss her and wholeheartedly recommend her! She is amazing!
