About Shalisa

I am currently relocating to Clarksville, TN who is looking for some work. I am currently in graduate school going for M. Ed in Behavior Analysis. I am passionate about children. I love children and enjoy working with them. I am optimistic, accountable and patient. I take my child care responsibilities very seriously. I have experience working with children within an academic and home setting. I have also worked as a Child and youth Program Assistant for about a year and half on JBLM military facility in a Child Development Center taking care of children from 2. 5 month to 4 years old. This experience helped to be acquainted with the methods of taking care of different age groups of children. I have experience with kids in the following ways: Caregiving, feeding, entertaining, providing tutoring and academic support, discovering ways and means to busy and amuse them, nourishing and providing them with attention, carrying out little maintenance and arranging snacks for children, setting up formulas and changing diapers for infants, engaging in various activities with them, keeping the kids out of harms way and entertaining them. I can prepare easy/small meals yet not comfortable making full meals.
