About Kaylyn

Hello! My name is Kaylyn, and I am a dedicated childcare professional with several years of experience working with children of all ages in both educational and therapeutic settings. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provide one-on-one support to children with autism and other developmental needs, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Prior to this role, I worked as a Lead Teacher and Teacher's Aide, giving me extensive experience creating engaging learning activities, maintaining safe and structured environments, and supporting children's academic and emotional development. I am CPR certified, hold a Childcare Certification, and have experience caring for toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. My background has taught me patience, compassion, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to each child's unique needs and personality.
