As a compassionate and experienced childcare professional, I'm dedicated to providing top-notch care for children of all ages. I've been in childcare for 30+ years. I have an ECE education and amcertified in first-aid and CPR. I worked in day care for 4 years as a toddler teacher. I enjoyed its challenges. I opened up my own in-home preschool for 5 years. We did everything from science, art & cooking projects, and began learning how to read, write and do basic math. It was wonderful to see how much fun the children had learning. Being a nanny brings me great joy! I'm able to provide top-notch fun indoors & outside. I'm able to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation. I have flexible availability. I had a wonderful experience with Shaku. She arrived earlier than the scheduled time and showed great professionalism throughout. She consistently asked for my guidance about almost every part of her work, which showed her genuine care for following my preferences and ensuring my child’s comfort. She maintained a high standard of safety at all times, and I truly appreciated her attentiveness. While I was at home, I could hear my daughter laughing frequently as they played together. My daughter especially loved the craft projects and toys that she brought, which made their time together even more enjoyable. Because she’s so experienced with childcare, she was also able to share some helpful advice with me. Overall, she is reliable and caring. I highly recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy babysitter.
