About Serennie

Hi! My name is Serennie, and I'm a compassionate, responsible, and high-energy caregiver with years of experience working with children of all ages-from infants to pre-teens. My background includes working as a teaching aide at Lake Harriet United Methodist Preschool, where I support children's emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a nurturing, structured environment. I am certified in infant, child, and adult CPR, allergy response, and medication administration. My approach is rooted in empathy, open communication, and cultural sensitivity, and I'm committed to building trusting relationships with both children and parents. I bring an energetic, team-oriented mindset to every role and love helping children grow in confidence and curiosity. Currently, I'm pursuing a degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Pharmacology at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and I'm excited to continue supporting families while furthering my education.
