About Serenity

My background in childcare I started in childcare as a dance teacher and did that for about nine months and I taught children different dance teachinques and different classroom management skills. I then moved on with teaching at a daycare there I started as a floater in all classrooms! Shortly after I became a lead school age teacher! Teaching children ages 5-12! After summer I then became a lead toddler teacher! we focused on fine motor skills, beginning sounds and words, colors, social emotional skills, and cognitive skills. I then moved to be a lead preschool teacher! There we worked on sight words and recognition, colors/numbers/ letters, social skills and working with others. I have also nannied the same little girl for three years now! we do educational work or outdoor activities - I do serve her a light snack and sometimes dinner. I also don't mind providing light housekeeping and laundry! I also have experience with special needs children/adults! I am CPR and first aid cert.
