About Serene

Hello! My name is Serene. Currently I study business marketing but I've always picked up babysitting. I love babysitting because I love making an impact in youth. I come from a family of now 10 and I am the oldest of 5 so I love nurturing. Back home ( Maryland) I would pick up babysitting every summer making itenterarys of the day which always includes fun activities or fun locations, doing worksheets and reading a short book for a standard time in the day and having a time to play outside. I also love to cook and bake so often something like that would be in the schedule as well making sure we clean. The most important part of being a nanny to me is making an impact. When I babysit I feel as im just serving as an older sibling that a lot of kids might not have . As someone who already has 5 younger siblings I like to make an impact. Building a strong and trusting relationship where the child feels safe and able to grow and learn.
