About Serena

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, charismatic, and empathetic I like tutoring because I remember how much it helped me when I was in high school to have things explained to me slowly and have that one on one time. I felt dumb sometimes growing up and I really think its important to have a tutor that can understand your learning style and teach in a way that motivates and doesnt make people feel dumb. I'm looking for a job with someone who wants to learn and values good energy, and positive outlooks I started tutoring when I was a freshman at UCLA. Which was in 2021 . In my spare time, I like to workout, spend time outside, hang out with my dog, cook, clean, travel/explore, and lounge One thing you should know about me is I value healthy communication so if there is something that needs to be done differently or a preference you have I am super open! My skills include science, math, and english.
