Hello! My name is Selene. I have over 20 years of experience working with children. Throughout my career, I have worked with a number of families and at two early childhood centers, and each experience taught me a great deal about early childhood education. Caring for babies and young children is my passion. I love creating activities that help children develop their cognitive, physical, and social skills; for this reason, I always make sure that the children in my care have space for exploration, whether indoors or outdoors. It makes me happy to be part of children's first years of life! I speak Spanish so I can teach your kids my language and show them a little bit of my culture. We hired Selene to watch our 3 young boys while we were at a wedding. One of our boys was very emotional as we left, but she put him at ease and they all had a great time in her care. As a parent to 3 daughters, she knows what to do. English is not her first language and communication required a bit more effort, but we have no hesitation recommending her.
