I can discuss that with you at the interview. I am a non smoker, never been one. I will include your loved one in my daily activities and treat him/her with love and respect. I speaks good English. I can assure you will not have to go through looking for caregivers again. I understand the elderly get confused when there are more caregivers comes and go. When my mother was extremely unhappy after her move into a memory care, I brought her home to stay with no plan. I quickly started looking for someone to help me care for my mother. The options were myriad and varied in seeming quality, experience and of course a huge wage range. I went on a hunch and the fact that Sela had numerous glowing reviews over several years. Her reviews proved to be inadequate to describe how much Sela brings to her jobs. She has lovingly cared for not only my mother, but also the rest of our family so much so that I consider Sela family forever. Sela doesn't just do what I ask her to do, she anticipates needs and goes above and beyond to help our entire family when needed. She lovingly makes sure my mother is always comfortable and all her physical and emotional needs are met and will also notice when I am emotionally drained and has been a good friend to me. No one works harder and with as much love as Sela.
