About Savanna

Hi, my name is Savanna! I'm 21 and based in Albuquerque. I'm currently training to become a postpartum doula, completing an internship at New Life Birth Services and working towards my certification with CAPPA. I also work at YUCCA, a youth climate justice group. I have five years of official childcare experience, including a gap year working as an au pair in Germany. This November, I'll be training as a Circle of Security facilitator to further support healthy family relationships. I'm looking to work with a family that shares my values. I believe kids thrive with lots of play, creativity, nature, and space to be themselves. I love doing scavenger hunts, cooking together, and supporting kids in learning emotional awareness and self-expression. Clear, honest communication with parents is really important to me.
