Supporting the well-being and independence of seniors is my passion. I currently work in an assisted living facility providing hands-on care to residents, along with one year of additional caregiving experience. I provide compassionate, patient support to help seniors thrive in their daily lives. I am CPR trained and offer services including meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication support, errands, and transportation. I focus on building trust and forming genuine connections with those I care for. I stay calm in stressful situations and am skilled at redirecting and de-escalating when needed.
