As a childcare provider with nine years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development, not to mention the joy it brings me to see happy kiddos. My journey began with my two baby brothers who came into my life when I was just a kid myself and I've been in childcare ever since. I currently work as a behavior instructor at a local school providing care for special needs children. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, which, coupled with my creativity and joyful nature, allows me to connect effortlessly with children. When it comes to communicating with parents, I prioritize their preferred method, ensuring open and transparent dialogue about my time with their children. I believe in following the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and routines as I understand the importance of consistency in a child's life.
