Hello families! I am a dedicated childcare professional with 8 years of experience working with children ranging from 3 months to 13 years old in a variety of settings. I have worked for two 5-star childcare programs, providing high-quality care while fostering children's social, emotional, and developmental growth. Previously I also worked as a Behavioral Interventionist, supporting children in crisis programs and middle school environments through positive behavior strategies and individualized support. Additionally, I have 4 years of nanny experience, building strong relationships with families and creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments for children. As a parent of an 8-month-old son, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight into child development and caregiving.
