I have been interested in and comfortable with working with people with special needs since I was a kid. In the 5th grade I would opt out of our once a week class library time and spend my time volunteering in the special needs classroom instead. I have babysat kids with down syndrome, and behavioral disorders. I am comfortable working with individuals with autism, and have had experience working with autistic kids as a substitute teacher. I am very patient and caring and love taking care of and working with others!
