Hi! I'm currently a Program Manager working with children on the autism spectrum, which has helped me develop valuable qualities such as reliability, and patience along with being able to develop various strategies to help little ones and families make their day to day life a little bit easier! In the past I have worked as a baby sitter in the Ventura country area and can provide references if needed! I have a flexible work schedule which is perfect for flexibility when needed. Additionally, I'm highly organized and able to multitask effectively, managing multiple responsibilities with care and attention to detail. I've been working with children of all ages since 2018, and I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis with the goal of becoming a BCBA.
