About Satrisha

I have been in childcare for over 20 years now. I specialize in early childhood care. I was employed by the Birmingham Board of Education for several years. I studied at Jefferson State Community College with a major in child development. I'm a mother of four. I recently moved to TN with my two teenage daughters but I am seriously missing being surrounded by kids all of the time. I have assisted staff with both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy. I like spending time outside, going to the park, going to the library, crafting and cooking. I am looking for date night sitter or part time sitter opportunities. I can provide letters of reference if needed. I understand how uncomfortable it is to be away from your child so I'm happy to relieve any anxieties with introductions, phone calls, and sending updates throughout our time together.
