Hi, I'm Sarena! I live in SE Portland with my partner and 4 pets. I have my B. A. in Sociology, and I have 8 years of extensive (and eclectic) experience with kids ages 2-18+. I am currently a part-time kids yoga instructor at PPS, private tutor, and occasional nanny. I have worked at preschools, kids occupational therapy groups, summer camps, special education classrooms, and as a children's behavioral specialist. I have experience with disabled and neurodivergent kiddos, and have worked with behavioral challenges. I have been a mom's helper, too. I have a reliable car and am extremely communicative, organized, and compassionate. I love learning from kids unique experiences and perspectives on our world! Sarena is very sincere and has a great personality. She has helped me a lot and I also want to thank her for her flexibility. She is awesome with my kids. My younger one has Down syndrome and autism but Sarena had no problem babysitting him. She also helped my older one with homework and that was also very helpful. Both of my kids love Sarena so much and I would love to ask her for help going forward as long as possible.
