Hello, I am Elaina! I am currently training to become a birth and postpartum doula and looking for some part-time nanny work while I am training and getting my first clients! I simply can't say enough wonderful things about how much my family and I love and are grateful for Elaina! She is responsible, mindful, caring, easygoing, soooo kind, and just a lovely human being. She has been and continues to care for my 2.5 year old and my 8 yr old. You can tell she has many years experience working with young children and has no problem with nap times and routines, or going with the flow, whatever challenging toddler behavior occurs. I remember coming home after the first day she cared for L, and I could just tell he was emotionally regulated after his time with her. She is a treasure! I have referred friends and family to her for nannying needs already, she has my absolute recommendation, I am happy to give a reference, Elaina can give my number if any potential parents would like to ask about her.
