About Sara

Hi, I'm Sara! I offer patient, encouraging homework help in math, English, science, and general school subjects for students near my Lakewood home. As a mom of four, I understand that children learn differently and sometimes need extra time, a different explanation, or someone to help them get started. My background in accounting and business operations brings practical math skills, attention to detail, and organization to our sessions. I'm new to paid tutoring and focus on homework support, breaking assignments into manageable steps, and helping students build confidence as they work through problems themselves. Before we begin, we'll discuss your child's grade level and current assignments to make sure I'm a good fit. My starting rate is $20 per hour.
